The WB Financial Group was established in 2009 to provide professional financial services to a diverse client base. WB is a boutique services firm specializing in Financial Advisory Services, Corporate Services, and Insurance Management.
Our Team
COREY WILLIAMS
Partner - CPA
Corey is a founding partner and board member of the WB Financial Group. Corey has twenty years of professional accounting, financial services, compliance, and management experience. From 1995 to 2007 Corey worked at KPMG, first in Toronto and subsequently in the Turks & Caicos Islands (“TCI”). During his time there, Corey provided audit and risk advisory services to clients in the financial services and hospitality sectors. In 2002, he was made a Partner in the KPMG TCI office and was made Partner in charge of Risk Management, Ethics, and Independence.

In 2007, Corey joined the Bordier & Cie Group, a family-owned Swiss Private Bank (“Bordier”), as CFO/COO for their Caribbean operations. He relocated to Singapore in 2011 to start Bordier’s Asian merchant banking operation. Corey continues to act as a Director of Bordier Bank (TCI) Ltd.

Corey is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario (BA). He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and member of the CPA Ontario and Canada.
RYAN
BLAIN
Partner - CPA
Ryan is a founding partner and board member of the WB Financial Group. The WB Financial Group is a boutique professional services firm with a focus on professional accounting, company management, and specialized insurance advisory services.

Ryan manages the firm’s advisory and corporate services business areas in the Turks & Caicos Islands (TCI), and has over twenty years of professional accounting and management experience with a focus on financial services, hospitality, and real estate development.
​
Prior to founding WB Financial in 2009, Ryan was a Manager in the Audit and Risk Advisory practice of a big four firm in TCI and London, Canada, and has industry experience in the field of real estate development.
​
Ryan has a BBA from Wilfred Laurier University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario.
JEN BLAIN
Partner - CPA
Jen is a founding member of the WB Financial Group and is the groups Chief Financial Officer. Jen has over twenty years of professional accounting and management experience and leads the firm’s hospitality and retail client base.

Prior to joining WB Financial, Jen was a member of the Audit and Risk Advisory practice of a big four accounting firm in the Turks & Caicos Islands (TCI), and of the Assurance and Tax practices with the same firm in London, Canada. Jen has also held a senior financial position with a large wholesale and retail operation in the TCI.

Jen is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and is a Chartered Professional Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario.
JORDAN BOLTON
Senior Manager - FCA
Jordan is the audit manager for WB Financial Group and also provides outsourced financial controller and consultancy services.

Jordan has over twenty years of professional experience and offers particular expertise in the areas of financial services, retail, hospitality, and government bodies.
​
Prior to joining WB Financial in 2013, Jordan was the Financial Controller for a large retail operation within the Turks & Caicos Islands (TCI) and has also held audit professional roles with recognised audit and accounting firms in TCI, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
​
Jordan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and is also an ICAEW Business and Finance Professional.
KAREN OLLIVIERRE
Corporate Manager - MBA
Karen joined the WB Financial Group in 2011 and currently serves as the firms Corporate Manager.
She has over fifteen years of experience in company and human resource management.
She holds a BSc. Management (Hons.) from the University of the West Indies and an MBA (with Distinction) from the University of Leicester. She is a Chartered Director and a member of the Caribbean Institute of Directors.
Karen is responsible for company management services including company incorporations and business license applications.
LOUIS
CESAR
Compliance Officer - MICA
Louis joined the WB Financial Group in 2019 and currently serves as the firms Compliance Officer.
He has over 20 years of professional experience and offers expertise in compliance and management.
Louis attended the University of Manchester and has received diplomas from the International Compliance Association for extended training in Regulatory Compliance, Governance and Risk.
His analytical and solutions driven approach ensures that WB Financial Group's compliance program adheres to global AML/CTF regulations.
